The first time I used this, it smelled like fish oil, and he became very agitated and kept pulling at his diaper. I tried it once more, and the fishy smell was even worse and he was very uncomfortable afterward, pulling at his diaper and walking funny. After his bath he was much happier, so I threw this away and and now I'm sticking with the Weleda diaper cream that works the best.
