**Q: Does the rim have a wire to hold the mold desired?**
A: No

**Q: My hat arrived folded, so there's all these lines (from folding it) throughout the hat. Does anyone know how to get rid of the creases?**
A: Unfortunately, you just have to wear it and work the wrinkles out. They do release, mine did after my first extended wear at the pool. I rolled mine up a few times, really tight, and then again in the other direction and that helped flatten it a bit. But once you fit it on your head, wear it outside in the sun/water - it will release.
