I've dyed shoes many times without problems x **Q: How to wash after dry?** A: I would low temperature. Also rinse your clothing after you have ironed them then put in the washer on its own **Q: Do these need to be cured on the item before washing for a period of time?** A: No it does not need to be cured, I painted my design on a test piece, waited for it to dry then ran it through the washing machine. It came out fine.
