A: No.  The straws have 1 hole.

**Q: Where is it made / manufactured?  usa?  not in china?**
A: Not made in USA. Box say imported and distributed by Rikkel Corp, Brooklyn NY. Do not try and get red ones. as I have order the red ones twice and have gotten black both times. They appear to slap a sticker over the original barcode that says red, but the box has black printed on it.
