I'm using this bag to carry imp important documents when traveling. Easily carries my notebook, book, and small accessories. Material is very durable and has held up to the harshness of the desert environment. Strap adjustments could be better... retaining loops, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for easy access to my primary items during travel. ### ⭐⭐⭐ almost perfect, flawed strap adjustment mechanism *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on October 17, 2019* This is almost the perfect small bag for around the city, travel, etc, to hold an ipad, small notepad, reading glasses, charger, pen, business cards, etc. ALMOST perfect. But the shoulder strap length adjustment is located on either side of the shoulder pad. So the excess strap material is dangling from the middle of the strap on each side of the shoulder pad. The end of the excess strap material has a "keeper" of sorts that in photographs shows the excess strap material flush against the strap on either side of the shoulder pad. But in actual use, the excess strap material "rides up" the strap causing big loops. It doesn't make sense to me that anyone would design a strap this way. They must not have actually used this bag in a subway, a crowded elevator, jumping in and out of ubers/taxis etc. What I may do is select a strap length and try to sew down the excess strap material and convert this into a non-length adjustable shoulder strap to keep this excess material out of the way. This is so annoying I was originally going to rate a 2 rather than 3 stars, but the bag is otherwise so great I left it at 3. When I grab the bag on my way out the door, I know I’ve got everything I need including a space for my water bottle, iPhone , some homemade oatmeal cookies, knife, Kleenex, wallet, iPad if so desired, etc. And the bag is Arcteryx handsome.
