Review: I expected more for the money - Works as advertised, sort of. It arrived with a busted screen, so it was completely useless until we could get a replacement. Getting a replacement screen took 6 weeks. After reporting the damaged screen and a bit of back and forth with the manufacturer, they said we should expect it within 2 weeks. 4 weeks and several emails later, we threatened to issue a chargeback and then finally got a response that it was being shipped. It finally arrived 2 weeks later. It was not easy to assemble, no instructions, and the only documentation was in Chinese. The parts don’t fit very well together and feels cheaply made. The seed starting tray has a 1” hole in the center of it for water to drain, so water only reaches about 1/3 of it before draining out. We had to make a plug with a smaller hole so the water would spread to the entire tray. There are not enough black seed tray caps/disks so any openings let light in and cause algae to develop very quickly. No ability to order more. After using this for a month, I wouldn’t have expected to pay more than $500 for this, and even that’s a bit high. $1500 is outrageous for what you get.
Review: So far so good. Very easy to assemble. - Just received product yesterday. Product didn’t come with instructions but gave the YouTube video to my 9 year old son and he had it assembled in 30 minutes. Only recommendation is to pay attention to the water tube risers on the back left. There is one with a shorter black tube that needs to be used at the top level.

**Q: What types of vegetables can be plated that the tower will support?**
A: Depending on the system you have, the list can include veggies, herbs, annual flowers, fruits, and more. In fact, pretty much the only plants that don’t adapt well to hydroponic gardening are root crops and those that need a lot of space to sprawl or climb.

If this is your first foray into hydroponic growing, try one (or more) of these easy-to-grow plants:

**Q: Are the lights full spectrum?**
A: Yes, these are full spectrum with emphasis on wavelengths targeted towards growth of green plants and veggies

**Q: Does this system monitor the water temp, ph and tds levels in the tank?**
A: The control panel automates the lights and the water cycles. The filter in the pump sieves through any debris or particulates that might otherwise pass through into the system. However, you can add the water temperature and pH level sensors to the tank and measure them as required.

**Q: Do you plan to sell wheels and lights as options? We can move the units easily when changing water and replace only the light without replacing unit.**
A: Yes! We can send replacements for all parts including the castors (wheels) and the lights. You do not need to replace the entire system if the lights run out; just replace the lights once every 6-8 years! Thanks

There are not a lot of options with the entire setup so we decided to go with this one as we are newer to using hydroponics. The idea of all in one is the only thing I can say I like about this system. The setup is extremely difficult and time consuming. Some of the pieces came cracked but we were still able to use them and the idea of taking it apart was so awful we decided to fix and use what we could to make it work. There are still pieces that we have no idea what they go to or their use. Once we got it setup the electronic settings are a nightmare and the instruction manual does NOT help. Then when we added water to the tub below we realized that the main tank had a huge crack in it leaking all over the floor again another fix we had to do. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PATIENCE!
