**Q: Will this fit a Surface Book 1 screen (when separate from the base)?**
A: Check the dimensions, I have a Microsoft surface pro 8 and it fits snug perfectly.

**Q: Does this case make it easier to use the unit (Pro 8 plus keyboard) on the lap? Or is it still too wobbly?**
A: It makes it so much easier!! It’s obviously still a little wobbly, but way more manageable

**Q: Would you say the material used for the composition book portfolio case is a surface suitable to put stickers on and decorate?**
A: I can't answer for sure about the "composition book" case design.  I have the Gray/Brown case and it has a textured synthetic fabric that won't hold a sticker for long.  I tried an Avery label on my case and the label didn't stick well...in fact, the label easily came right off.

**Q: Does this case block the cooling vents along the top and sides of the Surface Pro 8?**
A: It covers some of the vents
