Product description pH Adjust is a water-soluble powder supplement that balances pH levels, as well as supports and maintains alkaline conditions. Because pH Adjust alkalinizes the body, it can help counteract overly acidic conditions (acidosis), including those in the digestive tract, blood, kidneys, and other organ systems. pH Adjust provides a simple, powerful means for achieving healthy acid-base balance in the body. pH Adjust should be mixed in water or added to coffee, tea, juice, or any healthy, organic beverage. pH Adjust contains only potassium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate, and small amounts of glycine and silicon dioxide (0.5%). pH Adjust not only counteracts acidic conditions, but also acts as a buffering agent. This means that while it increases pH levels by neutralizing acids, it can also act to buffer overly alkaline conditions. Consumable liquids that might be higher than pH 8.0 (very alkaline) could be reduced by pH Adjust to the normal range of pH 7.4–7.6. I follow the suggested use and take 1 gram with 4-8 ounces of water several hours after dinner and before bedtime. When I check my pH in the morning using saliva test tabs, I always measure around 7.3 to 7.5. As others have said in the desertcart reviews for this product, the price has gone up more than 50% in the past few years (fact). Hopefully they can keep the price where it is for several years.
Review: Extra minerals are good for you - Today, I exercised doing weighted pullups. I've been doing these for several years, so it's very routine for me, but today I noticed something different. I did not feel the pain in my stiff joints, or back, or muscles (lactic acid) like what I typically feel. Fatigued from the exercise, yes. Pain, no. Ever since I was a teenager, several of my joints would 'pop' and I became accustomed to it. Sometimes the 'pops' were a little painful or just annoying, but always relieving nonetheless. Like a relief of pressure. I regularly use dietary oils and MSM to help with the joints and muscle inflammation which has generally worked well for me. If I reduced my intake of either of those or if my exercise volume increased (with no increase in oils or MSM), I notice more joint and muscle pain. However today, after only 3 days with this product, there is no general stiffness and my muscles didn't fatigue as quickly as before. I suspect then that I have been mineral and/or bicarbonate deficient since my teenage years. Also, I'm not sure if the minerals make me feel mentally calmer due to the support of my nervous system or due to the more relaxed state of my joints and muscles. I don't know if my saliva or blood alkalinity have increased, but that's not important to me. Improving the capacity to remove waste, toxins, etc from the body is the desired result. I hope to remember to update this review next month to report results over a longer timeframe.

**Q: Is one flat full scoop one tsp, I know it's more than a 1/4 tsp....**
A: Yes - it is actually 6 quarter teaspoons. The bottler could not find the proper, mini-scoop and used a larger one. Our future batch will have a different labe that recommends 1/2 scoop which is still a larger amount. The amount chosen on the label was arbitrary. Most of our customers take one full scoop or more a day once their bowel is used to it. The magnesium could cause loose stools to someone who took too much too quick.

**Q: Are any of these ingredients sourced in china? where are they sour ced?**
A: Check with manufacturer.

**Q: Can you mix with hot herbal tea?**
A: pH Adjust mixes well in many liquids, including coffee and teas. Test a small amount in the hot tea you plan to drink to see if the taste appeals to you. pH Adjust is well known to mix easily into coffee to make it alkaline. Just add a small amount (1/4 to 1/2 tsp) to warm coffee and stir. The HPDI Ketogenic coffee recipe calls for fresh organic coffee, organic or non-GMO grass-fed butter (unsalted), and coconut oil or coconut MCT oil. Mix well in a blender or use a hand blender. Like using it in regular coffee, pH Adjust is an extra ingredient you can add (before or after blending) to Ketogenic coffee to rapidly increase its pH level, thereby making an alkaline drink you can enjoy for good health.

**Q: Can I make this into capsules?**
A: Certainly. You can use whatever size of capsule works best for you and use a 1/4 teaspoon of pH Adjust, the recommended starting doasage, as the payload.

I've been taking pH Adjust now for several years, and I cannot say enough regarding how well it works ! I follow the suggested use and take 1 gram with 4-8 ounces of water several hours after dinner and before bedtime. When I check my pH in the morning using saliva test tabs, I always measure around 7.3 to 7.5. As others have said in the Amazon reviews for this product, the price has gone up more than 50% in the past few years (fact). Hopefully they can keep the price where it is for several years.

Today, I exercised doing weighted pullups. I've been doing these for several years, so it's very routine for me, but today I noticed something different.
