It looks really nice and I would say it is pretty solid. I have been to Canadian Tire to look for the butane torch before, however, the price is pretty expensive and I don't like the material since the material in the handle is ABS. The reason why I like this product is because it contains minimal plastic parts (except those adjustment button). The instruction is really detailed and I follow the exact what's on the insturction-when I refill it I count 7 seconds. It works great!! It is easy to use and it can save me lots of time. Now I can easily turn the puddings into creme brulee. Plus you can get the refill anywhere.
