The ones that have very frequent washing and drying are slightly smaller than that but not more than an inch difference. The only caveat is that a couple of the wings shrank unevenly so one side might be more spacious than the other if you’re using them as a diaper. I ordered 2 sets so I have 20 clothes - 2 of them turned out like that.
