I am srry for what is probably a dumb question but i am a beginner** A: Lying rows. Lie back, with your knees slighly bent, but allowing your body to fall to parallel, this will extend your arms. Once your arms are extended, and your body is straight, then pull your chest upward, towards your hands, squeezing your back muscles tight as you pull upward. Then repeat. **Q: Will it bring down my door frame? I'm at 200 lbs.** A: Not if the door frame is installed properly.
