The oat bar outside is soft and chewy, and the jelly center provides the perfect bit of sweetness. I love that the jelly part isn't super duper teeth achingly sweet. There is just enough, maybe the size of a small red grape. The peanut butter flavor of the oat bar portion could benefit from a bump in intensity as while you do taste peanut butter, it's not very strong. This is great for those who don't like overpowering flavors, though. These bites are good when eaten cold (well, room temp I suppose) but are even better if warmed up a bit. Be careful - when heated in the microwave, the jelly center sometimes heats up faster than the oat bar.
