I started on the left side of my cabinet and installed multiple sets. **Q: I do not see "plastic release levers" to remove the metal base. Where are these located?** A: Turn it up side down and pull the rack out as far as it wii go. You should see a little flipper like lever. I can't remember which direction to move it but the directions will have it. You have to squeeze abd and slide at the same time. **Q: The two tier rack, is it 10 inches to the top of the bar, or after you put a full bottle of spice on top rack?** A: 10 inches to the top of the black metal bar in the front and back of the rack.
