You do need to supply the hardware for mounting through the four (4) 1/2 inch holes, but that’s understandable. Not all docks are built the same. We were able to utilize 1/2 inch lag bolts. I wanted the diameter of the shaft of the screw to be almost the same as the holes (included ones were smaller which might allow for movement). bought galvanized ones at lowes.
