The black fabric of the sleeve & the plastic that holds them both seem a tad bit thinner than what I am used to in my previous cases from years ago, but having filled it with 40 discs I have to say the sleeves seem to suffice quite well so far. I use this every single day & swap out CDs constantly to listen to different things, so I get really good use out of it & so far the sleeves have not bent or worn. The color, look, and outer fabric are beautifully done. It has a sort of satin-like feel to it, and the cover material is cushioned so that the discs inside will be protected if something sits on top of the case. I stack several of these, filled to capacity, and nothing gets damaged by the weight of it. With the case filled (40 discs) all discs fit fine on front & back of each sleeve; the zipper operates without any issue. None of the pages or page-corners get caught in the zipper area like some of the other brands tend to do. Also, the zipper itself is firm & sturdy; has a rubber tag to pull on to help close. The one feature I really appreciate is that CCIdea included 2 zippers. Usually these types of things had only 1, but I think having 2 was a great idea...especially when the case is fattened up to full capacity. You can zip it from either end or pull both towards the center if need be. However, as I said, I filled the case to capacity and the zipper operates with beautiful smooth action. All in all, this is a very nice CD case and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by it. I highly recommend it. Only took off 1 star in the "Durability" section because I feel that the black fabric & plastic covering on each individual disc sleeve could've been slightly thicker-may fray over time with regular or heavy use, but not any time soon. If cd’s don’t have the songs listed in the cd, I use the back cover insert and fold back 1/2” on each side to fit into pocket. Love these. I bought five to replace my huge worn out one from the 80’s. They're made well, durable, and they hold all of my CDs/DVDs. I feel my discs are safe in these cases. I own a lot of them in different colours.
