**Q: Wondering if the non-stick is safe to eat, since it releases over time .. maybe in the food.**
A: Hi tellfile and everyone else concerned about "non-stick" coatings (aka Teflon). To answer your question about the safety of Teflon, the answer is that Teflon is safe to use WITH MANY CAVEATS (do not exceed temperatures of 500 maybe as low as 325, do not chip the teflon, do not inhale the fumes produced, do not wash wish any abrasive cleaning products, and the list goes on). To answer Michael R's assertion that, "Short answer : it's safe", I will quote directly from the article he linked to :"Just how safe are nonstick pots and pans? The answer is a qualified one...They're safe, as long as they're not overheated. When they are, the coating may begin to break down (at the molecular level, so you wouldn't necessarily see it), and toxic particles and gases, some of them carcinogenic, can be released."

**Q: How do you clean this?**
A: Unplug and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Place a wet paper towel over the surface. Close the lid. Wait 20-30 minutes. Open and wipe clean.

**Q: I have purchased one of the bulb experience, it will continue to be bright, bright, and the grill is not ready ... what is the problem?**

A: There is a grest video about grilling veggies on line (you tube) 1: use tin foil to cover grill 2: most veggies take 10 minutes but potatoes and some thick squash take more and mushroons and green onions take less. 3: Works with frozen veggies also. 4: also great for doing eggs/omelettes (I am keto and it works for chaffels also)

This is one of the best purchases I've made. Easy to use, light weight, and easy to store. Heats up in exactly 2 minutes. Clean up is a breeze... just wipe with a moistened paper towel. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and use it almost daily. So far, no cooking failures. Perfectly cooks Highliner Signature and Pan Sear fish (crispy outside, flakey inside), chicken (stays moist), burgers (removes fat), sandwiches, and veggies tossed very lightly in oil 1st. I even cut a sweet potato lengthwise in 3 strips and lightly oiled, it was great. I take it outside to avoid cooking odours in the house, and bring in when cool as it's so light but that's just my personal querk. Just remove the fat tray 1st so it doesn't fall out! I would not buy for 2 people unless very small eaters or perhaps if you eat everything in smaller dimensions and thick. 100% recommend!
