**Q: what kind of gelatin used in this product.? and does this product contain any pork products.?**
A: Now Foods website for this product says this Vitamin E-400 product is KOSHER and HALAL, so it means it does not contain any pork or any substance that is not compliant to biblical diet.

**Q: is it non-gmo soy?**
A: NOW company assured me in the past that the soy oil was GMO free otherwise I would not recommend it or take it myself.  I have found them to be a fairly reliable company as well as Nature's Way.  The two I used the most because of their standards and research I have done on them.

**Q: How big are the gels?**
A: very small. If you have had a D vitamin gel, they are approx that size. So small you will have no problem swallowing.

**Q: I don't understand if this is the liquid or powder..? I prefer powder.**
A: These are capsules/soft gels. I’ve never seen vitamin E in powder form. They’re small, though.
