Review: Lovely ring and great customer service - The ring I ordered was too small. It was a really lovely ring though, so was disappointed It didn’t fit on thumb. I contacted the sellers asking for refund. They were very quick to respond and offered all options eg exchange for bigger ring or full refund. I went for the refund option and they very kindly then said i could keep the ring and give to someone else who may benefit from it whilst still giving me a full refund. It’s a lovely ring and I shall pass it to someone I know you has smaller fingers and who has arthritis.

**Q: can washing hand with ring?**
A: I do, but you may want to ask the manufacturer just in case.  Soapy hands helps slip the ring off, that’s for sure.

**Q: Is the ring strong enough to pickup metallic items while wearing it, such as a fork or small metal ball?**
A: Hi there! Thanks for the message.  Our products are not designed for lifting metal items. This is not an accurate representation for determining if a magnet will be effective for magnetic therapy. Our products use deep penetrating neodymium magnets (high gauss) that are designed to be used for magnetic therapy. This means that magnetism can be felt a few inches from the magnet surface. I hope this helps.

**Q: My ring size is 6 but that’s with rings fitting just right. Will a size 8 be to big to adjust?**
A: Yes, it is easier to adjust the ring to be larger than to make the ring smaller. I would suggest a size 6 and you can gently adjust it larger if needed.

**Q: Paper wrap - tape measure= 3" (little finger)  using a od tape measure 9/10"? my size would be?**
A: The sizing seems too large. We would suggest using a piece of string to wrap around your finger and get the measurement. Then lay that against the tape measure to get an accurate length :) Please see the ring sizing chart on the product photo section to determine which size would best fit you.
