Customisable equalizer based on your ability to hear highs and lows. 2. Decent fit on the ear. 3. Offers a plethora of eartips to fit the ear better. 4. Really good sound with impressive lows and all round sound. 5. Call quality is very good - Better than a Sony WF-1000XM4 (which costs 3x than this) 6. Brilliant battery life. Just keeps going and going and going and...(you get it right?) 7. Really small case - fits the pocket sooo well. 8. The way it slides open is pretty classy! Cons 1. The earbud activates ANC automatically, thereby creating a vacuum when worn, which is pretty uncomfortable. I have to manually revert it back to 'Normal' every time I wear it. 2. Wired charging port is a bit wobbly (maybe its mine). I use the wireless charging base.
