Did not come with a PCIe 3.0 riser cable. I used a 19cm double reverse PCIe 4.0 riser cable from ADT-link, even the case screwhole mounts for the PCIe x16 socket end of the cable lined up perfectly. Yes the case material is good and the paint work is good, however working with the case was not as simple as I thought it would be particularly the motherboard mounting frame and the ridiculous lack of clearance for the riser cable once the motherboard is installed, screwhole alignment was not a good as you'd expect at this price.
