I could wear it all day without feeling numb or having deep marks in my skin. The knee brace is also nice BUT it does not stay in place while walking long distances (1+ miles). It started to shift down, the up. Eventually I just took it off. If you are at home and your knee hurts coz of whatever reason, it’s perfect. But I dont think hou can run in this and not slip down or creep up. Apart from that, for once, the silicone they used to hold up the sleeve did not leave me with a bad itchy rash like all the other products here on Amazon I have bought. So that was nice.
