この夏は結構日に焼けてしまったので、少しでも早い回復をと思って購入しました。驚くほどの効果ということはありませんが、スクワランと合わせてそこそこ良い状態だと思います。強すぎる成分より安心が優先かな。乾燥するこれからはもう少し保湿が必要かも。
