It is a pint...and I use it up so it is not sitting around for six months. **Q: When still in growth phase nut not yet flowering shut i use flova nova grow alone or add the floranova bloom one part nutrient as well?? need help :)** A: Personally I have not mixed the two together. i either rung grow or bloom. I am fairly sure that it will not harm the plants and if you want to do a transition feeding from grow to bloom simple use half as much grow and replace other half with bloom. I use 1oz grow or bloom to 5gal of water so simply use 1/2 oz grow food and 1/2 oz bloom food as a transition mix then next time use 1oz bloom and carry on. hope this helped. **Q: what are the mixing instructions?** A: There is a feeding chart on the bottle. **Q: Cwod it be safe to use this along with the trio?** A: Truthfully myself use only the FloraNova Grow, mix it 1/2 strength to 1/3rd strength in the daily container for watering the plants , so you can meter the amount used.
