I tried contacting customer service but they did not respond. I have deducted a star for the quality and lack of customer service. Everything else about the glasses is still good.I have used these for a couple of months now. I mostly use them to listen to podcasts and audiobooks. The sound is good enough and loud enough. It is not the best quality sound but for the price, they are the right quality. Batteries last for many hours.
