A simple exacto-knife or box cutter does the trick to get precise sizing. Just place the tape over whatever line or word you want to highlight, then line up the blade with the end of your desired length. Lift end of tape and cut.Note: DO NOT cut down the page to cute tape strip, or else it will cut the book page as well.The amount given of "highlighter-stickies" was very little, but it was nice to try out.
