Well worth the $124 and change to receive this mixed up veggies. The quality of the veggies inside are superb, crispy when dry, full of real flavor when hydrated. The tremendous amount you receive in the bucket is 12 pounds of freeze dried mixed veggies of the good kind. If you want to add other freeze dried veggies it's easy enough to do. I have made vegetable cheese bread with this and it turned out fantastic, no mess washing, peeling and chopping up veggies for dinner, just add water LITERALLY, wait about 30 minutes for it to hydrate and your done.
