The product arrived with one of the two metal rods dented and slightly bent. But I thought I'd try it out anyways. I followed the directions, which say to press it firmly and deeply into the plant's root system. I did that-- pressing it slowly into the 24" diameter, 16 " high pot. that holds my 48 " high Norfolk Pine. I tested the ph, moisture and light a few times, in different places in the pot. I have no other meters by which to judge the accuracy of the readings. But the soil reading showed that the soil was highly alkaline--which Norfolk Pines DONT like. So that may be my problem. I sprinkled on some rhododendron food by Schultz. But did not water it as the moisture reading was still on high side. When I got done I went to wash the dirt off the device and saw that it was even more bent than at first! I had used it as directed; had been gentle; and still it was more bent than before. I guess you get what you pay for. I also found the small numbers on the face of the device was hard to read. I had to get down on the floor and peer closely at the readings -- a challenge at 77, or getting up is anyways. The readings go back to 0 when you pull it out of the soil. So the manufacturer needs to either make the face of the device much larger, with larger numbers and letters, or they need to figure out a way to freeze the reading, so you can pull it out from a standing position get the readings. I'm going to return it because it feels like one of the legs is so fragile, it will break very soon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to work ok *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 6, 2022* I’m not sure about it.
