Haven't used it long enough to notice a difference yet, just want to add I notice some pieces are way softer and stickier than others, but unevenness is to be expected for a natural product. My tip is just feel it with your fingers and mix the harder ones with the softer ones, it takes two to three pieces to equate to the size of a regular piece of gum. Biggest pro for me is the natural flavor is mild but last forever, unlike regular gums.
