I was struggling trying to stay under 2000 calories before using this, but now I’m hovering around 1500 calories per day, without really trying! I use 1 scoop in my morning iced coffee and then 1 scoop in my afternoon iced coffee. It mixes well with my iced coffee and is truly tasteless. Whey isolate is supposed to be fine for people with lactose intolerance and I can attest that this does not hurt my tummy. Also, anytime I’ve ever tried a protein powder, my face broke out, but this has not caused any breakouts for me. UPDATE: after using for 3-4 weeks, I’ve discovered the whey seems to have aggravated a bowel and/or fibroid issue (the two seem to go hand in hand with me).
