(A full-fledged titration setup would be even better, but I don't need to make THAT much :) If you're interested in home-scale molecular gastronomy/ modernist cuisine this is a reasonable purchase. I've not tried it out for making 'noodles' but I imagine it will work well.Pros:It came with an extra o-ring replacement part as well, which I wasn't expecting, but am glad to have available.It comes apart for easy cleaning.Cons:Not really any.
