It doesn’t feel super dry, doesn’t flake even after hours of wearing, if I happen to rub my eye because I forget I’m wearing makeup, it still stays in plays and looks good. Definitely waterproof. It feels as if I’m not wearing any mascara and makes my aging eyelashes appear long and full. It also doesn’t dry out super fast in the bottle, unlike most I’ve used.
