Here is my procedure, at the end of the season I remove covers and wash them in the washing machine and dry in dryer. I store them for the winter. In the spring, I get them out and insert the pillow and cushions in the covers and spray vertically and horizontally on both side. I let them dry then spray them again. My dog has even peed on the cushions and it rolls off with no residue. Great stuff! I purchased my deck furniture with cushions at World Market.
