Review: SO EASY!!!!!! - i’ll start out by saying my nostril has been pierced twice on this side already, both times were at a shop and with a hollow needle. i know piercing guns are frowned upon but i looked at all the reviews, watched all the videos, and i was confident that i could do it myself. and im so glad that i took the plunge and did it. it arrived today and i didn’t hesitate to full send it. it literally did not hurt. if i had to rate the pain it would be a 1/10 compared to how painful it’s been in the past at a shop. the process itself was very straight forward. mark your spot (in my case it was the old hole that i could see), line up the end of the “needle” to the spot and press in just a little bit until it’s pressing on it (it won’t fully go through until you press hard), THEN you press hard and keep pressing until you hear the “click” and the plastic pieces will fall off and you throw everything away once you’re finished. i’m doing my bf’s this weekend with the other one. this was honestly SO easy and the end bent as designed. i’ll update my review in a week with how the healing is progressing.

I tried to push it back in but the sharp end kept getting stuck so I switched to one of the L studs and after some wiggling and determination I got it in. Crisis averted! You need to be very careful during face maintenance and if the stud falls out, try to switch to a blunt end L stud. Make sure you sanitize it before inserting. Still love this purchase! OMG! Loving this!! Ok, so I started by reading tons of reviews and watching videos to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I had on hand some high percent rubbing alcohol, lidocaine spray and a mini ice pack (see pics). I have several ear piercings and a high pain tolerance but when I say I felt ZERO I mean Z.E.R.O pain, so I definitely recommend the pain spray and ice if you’re hesitant. The packaging was great! The process was straightforward and it’s so stinkin’ cute!!!! Sorry in advance for the nostril pic, but wanted to be sure the post-bend was shown and that there’s zero blood. I purchased a saline wound spray for after-care. I’ll update my post in a few weeks with healing info! Also, I did this myself, but also acknowledge and recommend others grab a Vlad (the impaler) for assistance if you’re nervous.

**Q: How to take it off?**
A: The nose ring? It simply twists out easily. The actual gun itself is spring loaded and is only one time use - so once nose ring is placed the mechanism simply crumbles after placement.

**Q: Is there any way to pierce with a hoop instead of a stud?**
A: The only way is if you go to a shop and have it done professionally. There's no way to pierce using this device using the hoop provided, or any hoop. You'd have to let the stud heal a bit, then change it to a hoop in a few weeks.

**Q: How do you remove it? If you want to change it**
A: Please carefully pinch the nasal nail head with your hand or other suitable tools, and gently pull it up until you feel the bent part, and rotate it to a certain angle,then the bent part can be pulled out. You can imagine there is a table is a bit wide and cannot be moved directly into the room door, you can tilt the table 90 degree and then rotate the table so that the legs of the table enter the room first. Therefore, you can refer to this similar approach to take out the nose nail.

My husband did this for me. He put a second piercing in my right nostril. First hole hurt and was done at a shop. Second at home with this and was so fast and painless that I didn’t really think it worked. Even my husband said it was too fast and easy he thought it didn’t work too!
