Wife and I are split on whether the ozone has any effect on the odor. It seems to help on some shoes but on some we can't tell the difference. I tried to rid my gym sneakers of odor to test this product out. Believe it or not it really does work! I even let my wife smell them to prove it... normally I wouldn’t let her near them but this worked like a charm!! It’s was worth it! The timer is definitely a great feature. The only thing I missed was the switch on the side that activates the Ozone instead of just using the heater/dryer feature, which I didn’t see in the instructions.
