Review: Delicious, better than rigatoni version - This is not the same as the rigatoni- it does not contain rice flour. That’s a good thing. This pasta is great. It’s not exactly like traditional pasta but it’s got a very good texture. Reminds me a little of glass noodles, made from mung beans, that I’ve always enjoyed. Highly recommend for versatility, low calorie and high protein count. I do not recommend the rigatoni version.
