The item itself is intact and seems to be working fine. I've used it for a couple of days for 30 minutes without issue. But it arrived in used condition. The box was in bad shape, with evidence of a mailing sticker removed from the actual box. It didn't have a manual, no plastic wrapping inside, the cord unwrapped, and worst of all, there was hair inside the box.
