Natural sleep aids just don’t ever seem to work and I end up taking doxylamine again because I just need to sleep. So I was pretty skeptical about these. When I first received them I tried for two nights and they would not stay on. As others have mentioned the adhesion isn’t great. So I was frustrated and stopped using them. Then I got the idea to use it on the top of my foot and use my foot compression bands for planters fasciitis to keep them on. ( socks would work, I just hate wearing socks to bed) Now that they don’t fall off they work great. I use one on each foot and I haven’t had any trouble sleeping and I wake up much easier. I am very very pleased with how well these work. The patches do provide some mild support for rest and rejuvenation, but the sleep improvement was only so-so for me. One downside is the adhesive — it didn’t stick very well, and I found myself having to adjust the patches during the night.
