One carton (a little over $4) contains 4 cups of liquid egg white or 80 gram of protein. It is easy for me to consume but it is kinda pricey. With amazon 15% discount, this egg while is $22 for 33 servings of 25 gram of protein - A half the cost per gram of protein in the liquid egg white. The powdered form is easy to carry around during an occasional trip. The powder does not dissolve into a water easily so it needs a blender or mix with foods. I am still experimenting. In the mean time, I just drop a tea spoon full of it onto my tong. It is very salty but it is a natural sodium content from an egg - a proof of a pure, unflavored egg white.
