Only issue I found was that it ended up being a touch too large for every day use at my job, so it gets used less than anticipated. When the pack is full, this foam protrudes, causing the weight of the pack and everything it contains to rest against your back on a narrow ridge of foam, rather than making contact evenly across your back. As shown in the photos. This issue makes the pack very uncomfortable. No pack should work like this, especially not a £200 pack designed to last decades.
