When I purchased the Olympus 103E, I tried googling this question myself and did not find the answer. I own both the 102E and 103E and note no difference. The cord on the 103E is 9 feet 9 inches. The cord on the 102E may be slightly shorter - that headset is at my office, where I haven't been since March 2020. **Q: Are the earpieces flat discs or round, like a ball?** A: The earpieces are round balls.
