Wide gaps in the comb with some sharper edges, its a simple comb but can irritate the scalp. However, it is what you pay for. The hinge did not want to freely rotate even after some use, had to resort to oil the hinge. A major flaw is that the screws are not standard, as they are star heads, and quickly after some use one of the screws on the end came out and fell.
