**Q: why I can not order the par rice cooker**
A: I found no difficulty in ordering it?

**Q: Please could you tell me what adapter you bought.**
A: It is made in America and probably needs 110 V supply to work. Mine burnt out very quickly and I have not got any satisfaction from the makers. It was a thoroughly BAD BUY!

**Q: Does this come with lead that is compatible with uk plugs and power supply?**
A: no - it did not.

**Q: Can this be used on UK 240 volt electrical system**
A: yes - but we needed to buy an adapter to connect the two pin plug attached to the cooker to the british 3 pin plug.

Terrible build quality, melted itself into several pieces while in use. Do not buy this! I e tried several permutations of the included recipes and all of them end up with burned rice. Avoid.
