Although ironing was not recommended the product was washed and gently steam ironed but the creases did not come out making it look very untidy on the bed. I would not recommend this product as the quality & performance was very low. Just thankful it was not purchased as a gift! I endeavoured to return the item, but living abroad it would have been at great expense to send registered post..it would have been helpful to have been able to hand it to a pick up point for onward transmission to Amazon.
