I just center punch the screw head. Drill into it slightly and use the appropriate screw remover bit and it’s out. I’ve never had trouble with them this way. Didn’t even know there was a remover kit. **Q: I just got these, the T8 is off center, wondering if it will even work. Is anyone else's T8 hole off center?** A: Mine does not appear to be off center but then my eyes are 65+ years old.  **Q: Are these impact ready? If not, does DeWalt make a similar kit that is?** A: Unfortunately this set is not available in IR construction.
