Review: wrong size, plastic, chrome in colour only. - Description measurements were not clear so of no use. It's too small and cheap plastic. Description also implied I could just adhere to tiles - I'm not going to insert new drill holes into my tiles for a plastic trinket ('in Chrome" means coloured chrome obviously) worth about 80c. Binned. Review: Slick design at good price - I recommend, but unfortunate didn't marry well the my existing Grohe cable. ## Features - Wall mount - Fits all hoses with conical nut - Chrome finish - Model no. 28331000 ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0016H1QE0 | | Best Sellers Rank | #295,188 in Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Home Improvement ) #823 in Handheld Showers | | Brand | Hansgrohe | | Brand Name | Hansgrohe | | Colour | Chrome | | Country of Publication | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,787 Reviews | | Finish Type | Chrome | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04011097487311 | | Included Components | Hand Shower Holder | | Item Depth | 2 inches | | Item Dimensions | 13.1 x 7.1 x 7 Centimeters | | Item Type Name | Hand Shower Holder | | Item Weight | 70 Grams | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 13.1 x 7.1 x 7 Centimeters | | Manufacturer | Hansgrohe | | Manufacturer Part Number | 28331000 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Contact seller of record | | Material | Brass | | Material Type | Brass | | Model Number | 28331000 | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Product Finish Type | Chrome | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Hansgrohe - **Colour:** Chrome - **Item Weight:** 70 Grams - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 13.1 x 7.1 x 7 Centimeters - **Material:** Brass ## Images ![hansgrohe Easy Install Handheld Shower Head HolderModern in Chrome, 28331000 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51-EM+84n6L.jpg) ![hansgrohe Easy Install Handheld Shower Head HolderModern in Chrome, 28331000 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41jV7wA+IiL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: what size drill bit do you need to install this into porcelain tile?** A: Depends on the size screw and anchor you use. I like to use the little plastic anchors and cut the flange off so the anchor sits flush against the tile. The anchors usually tell you the size of the hole on the packaging. don't go too fast or push too hard or you will crack your tile. Keep the bit cool with a small cup of water you can dip the bit in. Hope that helps. **Q: What size is the opening that holds the shower head? Looking for a diameter.** A: I don’t know much about this thinks **Q: When the shower head is in the holder, can its direction be adjusted up and down?** A: NO. As stated, it’s a holder only **Q: This is so dumb that you won't ship this to California? This doesn't have any restrictions since it obviously does not have water flowing through it.** A: I live in California and they shipped it. Your right it just holds the hose. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ wrong size, plastic, chrome in colour only. *by J***D on 1 December 2024* Description measurements were not clear so of no use.
