It’s not scratchy and actually on the softer side. When I took it out of the packaging I gave it a really good steam and it looked great. I ordered a 2x, and it was very stretchy. I probably could have done a 1x but I’m wearing slips, etc under my dress so it ended up being a perfect fit once I put everything on. I didn’t want it to be too tight. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bit more poof. This crinoline doesn't have a lot of poof so it acts like a slip so you don't see the hoop boning through your dress. Over a 6hoop ballgown hoopskirt this crinoline doesn't reach the floor. However, it does make it so you don't see any boning through it. Even the parts where it doesn't reach. I say go ahead and buy it as a slip to cover the boning, but don't expect any more poof. I'd also get the largest size if you're getting it to go over a hoop. **Q: Do I need to order a longer dress if I purchase this ?** A: This start is long almost floor length so you will need a long dress **Q: I’m a 3x clothing size. What slip size would work? Not sure how it sizes.** A: I also ordered a 4x because I wear from a 2X to a 3X in some clothes. And I wasn’t sure either? 4X is big and I should have ordered a 3X. It is true to size. **Q: My wedding dresses is size 12 what size i should buy?** A: Wedding dresses run kind of small. I suggest you order a medium. I ordered the large and I wear everyday clothes size 16. Formal Wear I always wear an 18. This under skirt seems to be sized generously ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for my wedding dress *by T***P on December 1, 2024* I ordered this to go under my wedding dress to give it a bit more poof and it was perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by M***H on May 13, 2026* Good skirt ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s a bit big but otherwise it’s half decent considering the price. *by M***1 on October 14, 2021* I got this for ren fest since my skirts weren’t quite as fluffy as I’d wanted. It’s a bit sheer at the bottom and it’s about two sizes too big. The outer material is a bit stiff but not too uncomfortable, the inner section is t-shirt material and decently stretchy as well as comfortable. All in all it’s not terrible but if you have the time and money to get something else you won’t be missing out on too much. ## Frequently Bought Together - GRACE KARIN Women's Ankle Length Petticoats Wedding Slips Plus Size S-3X - Shimaly® Women's Floor Length Wedding Petticoat Long Underskirt for Formal Dress S-3XL --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/33656735-womens-ankle-length-petticoats-wedding-slips-plus-size-s-3x](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/33656735-womens-ankle-length-petticoats-wedding-slips-plus-size-s-3x) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
