But it says avoid store hot food in it **Q: Are these bags resistant to moths?** A: Maybe. They are heavier than throw away sandwich bags. We have only used them for cold food storage and always hand washed and air dried them. We bought a wire rack to air dry them on. Used this way they have been great.
