I was looking for something that was very long. When extended, it is very awkward. When collapsed, it is heavy. Based on my arm strength and patience, I should have ordered the shortest version. Which would have had the least weight and be less awkward. **Q: Can it be used to pull spanish moss from oak trees?** A: It is a rake on the end of an extension pole. I use mine to get pine needles off of a tile roof. They replaced it quickly. I've only used this a couple of times but it seems very well built. It is 30' so it is not light, but light enough when you consider the length. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on 2 May 2024* Liked the adjustability ### ⭐⭐ Not an effective tool as a roof rake *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on 12 May 2023* There was a glitch in shipping in which the rake attachment was not included in the original package. I did an Amazon return for the product. Although I asked that I only be sent the rake attachment I got the whole pole plus rake assembly. The product may have other uses, but as a roof rake it is not effective. The rake itself came damaged with a dent in the body that made it difficult to expand the rake. The pole itself is a light aluminum which lacks stiffness when extended. The pole bows significantly making it difficult to raise to second story roof sections. The rake also damaged one of my shingles, so I would not recommend it for use on a asphalt shingle roof. It probably will work better on metal roofs. The biggest problem with using the rake is that since it must lie flat to work, it can't reach high corners since the angle is wrong. In order to work on such sections a ladder is required, which sort of defeats the safety aspect of the product.
