The Nepali text on this bag reads "This Bag Has A Purpose". The handbag measures 34" from top to bottom with the shoulder strap fully extended. The strap itself is 21" and the bag is 13" from top to bottom, and 14$ from left to right. This our is newest cross body shoulder bag, which we call a purpose bag. We partner with a number of fair trade artisan groups in Nepal, but this bag is made by a group of women only tailors. In Nepal, men often work on the sewing machine and make five times more than women who normally do hand-stitching. This handbag has a Nepali print design on one side that means ñƒ ñ in english. The translation is also printed on a fabric swatch on the inside of the bag. It is made with a medium weight Nepali cotton, has a thick black cotton lining and very high quality zippers. It measures 34î from top to bottom when the handle is fully extended. The shoulder strap is 21î from the apex to the top of the bag, and the bag itself is 14î wide. There is one interior pocket on the inside.
