Is the sellers info wrong or is the model number wrong?** A: The length of the VIQUA 602806 UV lamp is nearly 25" long, but the box it comes in is nearly 38" long, which may be causing some of the confusion. If you know the model number of your VIQUA/Sterilight/UVMax UV system, we can confirm which UV lamp is correct for your UV system. Please let us know if we can assist you further. **Q: Does the bulb come with new O-rings?** A: Mine did, yes, though my system uses only one O-ring (it used to use two), and I only received one ring. **Q: There is a plastic cover at the end of the bulb which cover the two prongs - is cover to be removed? I had to cut a little off to fit** A: Pretty sure that cover is NOT to be removed. I also have to trim it to fit our UVMax. The light still works for us. "Your results may vary" **Q: The item pictured shows the quartz sleeve replacement. Is this included with the bulb?** A: I don't know, but this 'Combo Package Compatible UV Bulb 602806 Sleeve 602733 and O-Rings' does.
